A convenient and enjoyable way to boost your cardiovascular health, improve endurance, and relieve stress and tension.
BOOTCAMP
Boot camp involves calisthenic type exercises such as push-ups, lunges, squats, crunches, burpees, but also cardio exercises such as drills and shuttle runs. 
HIIT
HIIT is interval training that is done in bursts of high intensity work for certain periods of time followed by shorter recovery times.
£5 per person per session
£45 for a 3-month membership
£1.50 Socks
